Service Agreements

CONTRACTING

Service agreements are available on a monthly or yearly basis.  We will install any purchased software or hardware as well as handle their configuration.  We will also troubleshoot software and hardware issues, consult on upgrades, and provide other recommendations.  As an added bonus, we will act as a go-between with software and hardware vendors as needed.

For a low rate, you will have peace of mind knowing that if any problems arise, we will be there to help.  Whether you have a new setup or an old one, things inevitably go wrong.  By contracting for the entire year or even just a month, you have access to our experience and expertise at anytime.  Don't wait until the unthinkable happens...you lose that important document or your network crashes just when you need it the most.  Contact us today and ask about what we can do for you!

Typical contract prices are $40 per month or $400 for an entire year on a per computer basis.  Customized contracting is available to suit the needs of the user.  If you are seeking a contract for an entire facility, office environment, or school then we have the flexibility to fit your budget.  We will work with you!
